The lightweight flexible pu duct hose designed for air, dust, and light material applications.
Wall: (special polyester type-PU/special polyether type-PU) optional
Spiral: elastic steel wire
Structure: the wall is covered with elastic steel wire, extruded in a strip shape, and the wall thickness can be made 0.6-1.5mm
Temperature：-40°C to +90°C，short time can up to +125°C
Customizable temperature resistance -40°C to +125°C, short time up to +150°C.

Application
The wall thickness 0.4mm-1.2mm is generally used in suction occasions. Especially suitable for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibers and chips, active media such as oil vapor and welding fume, industrial dust removal and extraction. It is mainly used for ventilation and vacuuming in dusty production environments such as woodworking machinery, ceramic machinery, and cement workshops.
The wall thickness 1.2mm-1.5mm is usually used for anti-wear protection suction and conveying, especially suitable for abrasive solids with high flow rates, such as sand, gravel, grain, broken glass and debris, gaseous and liquid media; Underground transportation, conveying hoses in glass factories, docks, steel mills, quarries, shipyards, cement plants, etc., as protective hoses for wear resistance.
