Always use PVC suction hoses within the specified temperature and pressure range. When applying pressure, please slowly open/close any valve to avoid impact pressure and damage the hose. The hose will expand and contract slightly as its internal pressure changes. Cut the hose to a length that is slightly longer than you need.
The hose used should be suitable for the fluid being loaded. Consult the professional if you are unsure whether the hose used is suitable for a fluid.
Do not use non-food grade hoses to produce or process food products, supply potable water, and cook or wash food. Use hoses above their minimum bend radius. When the hose is applied to powder or granules, please enlarge the bending radius as much as possible to reduce the possible wear on the plastic spiral hose.
Do not use in extremely tight conditions.
Do not touch the hose directly or near an open flame.
Do not use a vehicle or the like to crush the hose.
Precautions for assembling PVC suction hose:
Please select the metal fitting that fits the hose size and fit it.
When inserting the fish scale groove part of the joint into the hose, apply oil to the hose and the fish scale groove. Do not bake it with fire. If it cannot be inserted, use hot water to heat the hose and insert it.
Precautions for PVC suction hose inspection:
Before using the hose, please check if there is any abnormality in the appearance of the hose (trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc.);
During the normal use of the hose, be sure to perform a monthly periodic inspection.
The service life of the hose is largely influenced by the characteristics of the fluid, temperature, flow rate, and pressure. If abnormal signs are found during pre-work inspections and periodic inspections, stop using them immediately, repair or replace them with new ones.
